Vidhyapeeth Foundation is committed to ensuring transparency and accountability in all donations received. As a charitable organization, donations made through our website are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Donation Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate donation transactions.
• Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally.
• Unauthorized payment due to technical error.
• Payment processing issues resulting in multiple deductions.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

• Donation receipt or transaction ID.
• Name of donor.
• Contact details.
• Reason for refund request.

Refund Approval

Refund requests will be reviewed by our management team. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking procedures.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled. Donors are requested to verify all details carefully before completing a donation transaction.
